Instructions for Plant and Exhibit Registration for GCOS Spring 2005 Show

The basic instructions for entry apply to both email and “in-person” registration. For email registration, information should be entered in the linked Microsoft Word form (Word or pdf) and emailed to the address below. Please use this form if possible. If this just doesn’t work for you, just include the required information in an email to the address below (please use a separate line for each entry).

Class – As usual, enter the appropriate plant or exhibit class from the provided show schedule.

Tag – Leave this blank unless you are entering more than one of the same plant (same genus, name and clone) or not for AOS judging. If you are entering more than one of the same plant please enter a different letter (ie; A, B, C etc) in the Tag box for each of the duplicates.
Not for AOS Judging If a plant is not to be AOS judged place (an asterisk sign) *
in the tag box after any needed tag letters.

Exhibitor – Use the assigned exhibit number plus a unique letter for each individual. ie. - for exhibit 35, entries might be 35A, 35B, 35C etc. Please include a listing identifying what person goes with which letter.

Exhibit – Enter the provided exhibit number.

Plant Name – Enter the plant genus, species or grex name plus clone and award if applicable.

Parents – List the genus and name of both parents for the entered plant

If you have more entries than the number of lines in the form, just add more lines or send multiple forms.

Please make a copy of your registration entries as a backup in the event there are any discrepancies or losses in the registration process
